At BrickRed, Vishal is presently responsible for the development and execution of organization's business strategies, market positioning, branding and Client relationship management. Possessing excellent Client engagement & leadership skills, Vishal has given direction to some key initiatives in Business Development, a function that he is additionally responsible for, at BrickRed.

Prior to BrickRed, Vishal has worked with Geometric Software and EBProvider. He holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

With several years of industry experience in execution of various offshore & onshore IT projects, Raj brings with him a lot of wealth expertise in managing and mobilizing project teams, maintaining quality assurance and establishing communication protocols for big international names.

At BrickRed, Raj heads the Engineering unit and has been instrumental in establishing strategic offshore delivery models and guiding the Engineering team to develop innovative, out-of-the-box products & solutions. He also has keen interest in technology upgradation, account management, and high-level project management for the Offshore division.

In his professional career, Raj has worked with EB Provider and Tata Consultancy Services on a variety of project assignments. He holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Vinay heads the Smart Cards division at BrickRed and possesses considerable industry experience in the development & implementation of several multi-application smart card solutions.

Recognized as an authority in the Smart Cards domain, Vinay leads BrickRed's initiative of being a leading turnkey solutions provider in the domains of Smart Cards, Biometrics and RFIDs.

Vinay has prior consulting experience with technology leaders such as Panasonic (USA), Nextlink( USA), and eHealthCare (Malaysia). He holds both an engineering as well as a post graduate degree from the India Institute of Technology, Delhi.




Rohit Makin
Executive Vice President

Rohit possesses considerable industry experience in architecting big technology solutions for several international IT organizations. He also has rich experience in conceptualizing and developing solutions for the banking & retail sector.

In his professional career, Rohit has worked with Tata Consultancy Services guiding software development teams to implement enterprise level integration products & solutions. He holds an engineering degree from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University.

Vikas heads the delivery function at BrickRed. He is a post-graduate in Computer Science and possesses several years of experience in delivering rich software for global software players. At BrickRed, Vikas is responsible for enabling efficient Project Management practices, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations. His key strengths span people management, communication, liasoning, customer relations, and innovative initiatives. Prior to BrickRed, Vikas was the Chief Operating Officer at a leading IT company with a large clientele in North America and Europe.

Abhinav heads all technical initiatives at BrickRed. He is a M.S. in Mathematics Computer Applications from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, with several years of experience in designing architecture, business analysis, and pre-sales activities. At BrickRed, Abhinav is responsible for establishing development processes, estimations, pre-sales and proposals, leading the research and review group, crisis management, designing enterprise architectures amongst others.

Animesh heads Operations at BrickRed and has over 10 years of experience in IT operation setup and maintenance.He has been credited with setting up entire IT infrastructure at new facility in record time. Before joining BrickRed he has worked for Halcyon DataCorp and DS Group and was again responsible for setting up and managing entire IT operations from scratch. He is MBA (IT) from Amity , India.

Kapil leads and manages BrickRed's QA & testing division that provides services to various client's across US and UK. He has been the chief architect insetting up the Center of Excellence for QA & testing services at BrickRed. His role encompasses establishing QA processes, providing support in pre-sales and proposals, leading the QA as an independent practice at BrickRed and achieving profitable growth for the division. His managerial skills blended with his technical expertise has lead the organization through strategic and cultural changes. He has played a key leadership role in strategic growth, expansion and fostering a collaborative culture that makes BrickRed a great place to work. He is a graduate from Delhi University. Prior to BrickRed, Kapil has been part of leading IT companies.
